Making crêpes at home is not always pretty. Here's a good example. There's the non-stick crêpe pan, the batter with buckwheat from the co-op, the hot gas flame. And yet, it doesn't look so good. They tasted fantastic, though—filled with some ham and gruyere. Can't go wrong.
